The Redwood Coast Energy Resource Center (RCERC) is the anchor for all information, education and technical assistance activities for the Redwood Coast Energy Watch partnership.
It is located at 517 5th Street, Eureka (between F & G), and is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Redwood Coast Energy Information Center serves as a one-stop-shop for energy efficiency information for residential, commercial/industrial, and public agency energy users in Humboldt County. RCERC activities include:
- A free energy book, video, and software library.
- A free energy measurement tools library
- Energy displays and literature.
- Free public workshops (check our on-line calendar for upcoming events)
- An energy information web-site, www.redwoodenergy.org.
- A toll-free Energy Answerline, (800) 931-RCEA.
- A Humboldt Take-It-Back location for free recycling of residential fluorescent lamps
