7/3/2009   RCEW Announces Humboldt Vending Machine Efficiency Initiative 4/9/2007 Redwood Coast Energy Watch launched a new initiative to reduce vending machine energy use. Control devices known as VendingMisers are being installed for free on refrigerated beverage vending machines throughout Humboldt County.     PG&E and RCEA Launch Redwood Coast Energy Watch 7/15/2006 Pacific Gas and Electric Company is joining RCEA to deliver a new $1.6 million energy efficiency program in Humboldt County known as the Redwood Coast Energy Watch.
